How are you able to buy the property without seeing it in person?

Over time, we've developed a process rooted in 'the numbers' of a deal to make quick, reasonable offers, without the need for taking up you (or your tenant's) valuable time with showing the property in person.

How fast can you close?

Generally, as soon as the inspection is complete (which we schedule as soon as we have an agreed-upon price), we can close as fast as the title company can process the paperwork.

Do you only purchase properties in Appalachia?

While we specialize in the central Appalachia region - particularly West Virginia, Virginia, and Tennessee - we will gladly consider any property within the United States.
